The Spartans held off the Salem Wildcats today for a 6-6 tie.
After scoring 6 runs in the first two innings, the Spartans struggled manufacturing runs in last 4 innings.
Tim Skidmore pitched 5 2/3 of good baseball to get the no decision. Skid threw well allowing 4 earned runs on 6 hits.
Skid also paced the Spartans offensively going 3-3 with an RBI. John Galloway and Sean Galloway were 2-4 and 2-3 respectively.
The Spartans continue play Monday traveling to Elverado.
